Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. LastMinuteFlights is a flight search and comparison service (a metasearch tool). We do not sell tickets, take payments or collect passenger details.
1. What our service is
We display flight offers from airlines and booking providers so you can compare them. When you choose an offer, we redirect you to the airline or booking provider. The booking contract, payment and ticket are entirely between you and that third party, under their terms, fare rules and conditions of carriage.
2. Data we handle
- Search data — the routes, dates and filters you enter, used to return results.
- Account and saved deals — your email and saved favourites, so you can sign in and keep a shortlist.
- Price alerts — your email address, used only to send the alerts you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We never ask for passport numbers, dates of birth or payment card details.
3. Data handled by third parties
Once you follow a link to an airline or booking provider, that company becomes the controller of the personal data you give them (passenger names, contact details, travel documents and payment data). Their privacy policy applies, not ours. Please read it before completing a purchase.
4. Legal basis and your rights
We process account data to provide the service you requested, and send marketing or price-alert emails only with your consent (withdrawable at any time). Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us at privacy@lastminuteflights.example to exercise these rights.
5. Accuracy of prices
Prices and availability come from third-party sources and can change before you complete a booking. The price shown on the airline or provider website is the one that applies. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party content or for the performance of the flight or booking.
6. Check-in and travel documents
Check-in, boarding passes, schedule changes and disruption handling are managed by the airline you book with. You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for your route.
